MEd and PGCert in Learning and Teaching in the Arts

Welcome to the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland!

Introductory Sessions

The first sessions for new students on the MEd and PG Cert in Learning and Teaching in the Arts will take place on:

Saturday 23rd September and Sunday 24th September 2023

We deliver our weekend sessions face-to-face for students who are able to travel to Glasgow, and online for students who are more geographically remote.

The weekend sessions will include a mix of targeted induction activities, opportunities to start to build connections with other students and staff from your programme, and will introduce your module(s) for this academic year.

We will be in touch prior to the weekend session to give you access to some resources that will introduce you to some of the learning technology platforms that you will be using on the programme, and to provide you with a detailed schedule of sessions, and with information on how to access them remotely.

Other face-to-face sessions will take place as below –

Weekend 2: Saturday 11th November
Weekend 3: Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th February
Weekend 4: Saturday 27th April
