Our 3rd cohort of BA Performance in British Sign Language and English students are just starting their 2nd year and will have their first public performance in December. We have been extremely excited about all of the opportunities that this innovative and ground-breaking programme brings to the institution, not just to the students have embarked on this course of study but also to all our students who may interact with this programme on a personal or collaborative basis.
RCS has been providing opportunities for existing students and staff across the institution to develop their knowledge and skills in terms of deaf awareness and basic British Sign Language, to ensure that the Royal Conservatoire is an inclusive environment within which all students can study and flourish.
