Welcome to the Postgraduate Learning and Teaching community

Hi all,

We are very pleased that you are joining our vibrant and diverse postgraduate learning and teaching community. We are using this space to provide you with some information that we hope will be useful in helping you get ready to start your studies.

Delivery Schedules and Weekend Sessions

Action Learning Sets

For your studies you have been placed in an Action Learning Set (ALS). This is a smaller group of students from your programme, and the intention is that you find times to meeti with them to support each other in your studies. At the weekend sessions you will be spending some time with your ALS.  RCS contact emails are included here so that you can contact the members of your ALS to arrange times to meet (a few still need to be added). Feel free to contact your ALS members ahead of the weekend

Weekend Sessions 23rd and 24th September

We have our first weekend sessions on the 23rd and 24th September. We have worked hard over the years to develop a hybrid model for delivering our weekend sessions to a mix of people in the room and people online. We would love you to join us in person at the RCS, but we know this isn’t possible for some of you for geographical or other reasons. You can choose whichever you would prefer, just let us know in advance how you will be attending by contacting our Programme Support Administrator Vicki on V.CompsonBradford@rcs.ac.uk.

The session outline for all year groups, for online sessions is here with live Teams links for online attendees:

We have some practical information on how to get set up, some information on what to expect from the weekend and a few tasks that we would like you to do in preparation. The links below will take you to the most important pages for the weekend sessions:
