Academic Administration and Support (AAS)
The Academic Administration and Support department is located on the ground floor of the Renfrew Street building and provides a range of services for applicants, students and staff. In general, we are a good place to start if you have any queries or concerns, if we can’t assist you ourselves, we should be able to put you in contact with someone who can.
The services we offer are:
- Applicant and audition advice
- Matriculation (also known as registration or enrolment)
- Advice on budgeting including information on hardship funding such as the Discretionary and Higher Education Childcare funds
- English language tuition
- Counselling
- Disability support
- Effective Learning Service
- Welfare and immigration advice
- Advice on the Turing scheme and other overseas study/work opportunities
- Council tax information
- Confirmation of student status
- Submission of assessments
- Graduation
- Transcripts
- Room bookings
- Programme support
Finance
The Finance Office is available on the third floor of the Royal Conservatoire in the Renfrew Street building. The payment of fees form can be found on the matriculation website, which will become available nearer to your course start date. Any queries regarding payment of fees should be emailed to Craig Wardlaw.
