We really hope you have enjoyed making your video project. If you’d like to send in your videos we’d love to see them! We are hoping to choose some of them to feature on our social media and Vimeo page. Also if you are sharing any of your short films on social media be sure to tag us @RCSWACI. If you are submitting your video directly to us we may use them for promotional purposes for WACI and RCS.
Naming Your Project | When saving your video project please ensure you put your name in the file name alongside your project title.
An example would be: YourName MyProject.mp4

Saving Your Project |
To save, click ‘Done’ on the top left-hand corner of your screen. Don’t worry, you can always go back to edit your project after pressing ‘Done’ as it will remain in your project files until you delete it.

Sending Your Video Project To Us | To send us your video, please use a web service called ‘We Transfer‘. This is the best way to send large files to people that are under 2GB in size.

By participating in the video project you hereby grant the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland (‘the Conservatoire’) a non-exclusive licence of the copyright and related rights (including performance rights) in any works created as part of your course of study at the Conservatoire (this includes non-curricula RCS branded performance and creative output). You agree that this licence permits the Conservatoire to use the work in any way for its legitimate purposes, including (but not limited to) marketing and promotion, commercialisation, learning, teaching, and research.
In addition, you hereby grant a non-exclusive licence to the Conservatoire permitting it to allow use of any recordings made by the Conservatoire of performances by fellow students for their own non-commercial purposes, including but not limited to, inclusion in digital portfolios (subject to third party copyright clearances). The Conservatoire in turn grants to you a non-exclusive licence to use Conservatoire recordings for the stated reasons. This licensing does not affect participants moral rights, including the right to be identified as the creator of a work.
