Over the summer, the Assistant Registrar and Student Experience Administrator, are available to help with any questions you have – or they will be able to point you in the right direction of there is someone else you should speak to. They can be contacted at: welfare@rcs.ac.uk
During term time the Academic Admin and Support Office (AAS) is situated on the ground floor (just behind Client Services) and there will be staff there who can help you with any concerns that you have. If you are having challenges with your studies, you can also speak to the Head of your course or other lecturers.
It’s important to seek help when you need it – it’s easier to resolve a problem when it first arises rather than letting it develop into something bigger.
