Thank you all for participating in our Transitions Focus Group on Saturday 12 November. We were so happy to work with you and loved your ideas about breaking down barriers to the arts. We will be able to use some of the statements and ideas you came up with at our Fair Access Expo – so watch this space. We are sure you will recognise some of your contributions…and in your own words…

Every 2nd weekend of the Month, 10 – 1pm

You are warmly invited to come along to our Transitions monthly drop in sessions here at RCS.

What it’s for:
Our team will be on hand, in person, to provide information, advice and guidance to Transitions students throughout the year.

Dates for the diaries:
No need to book, just head along to the Renfrew Street Building on the following dates from 10am:

*Updated: No drop-in in December and April

  • 12 & 13 November
  • 7 & 8 January
  • 18 & 19 February (*new dates)
  • 11 & 12 March
  • 13 & 14 May

You are warmly invited to come along to our Fair Access monthly drop in sessions here at RCS.

What it’s for:
Our team will be on hand, in person, to provide ad-hoc support, information, advice and guidance to Fair Access UG/PG students throughout the year.

No need to book, just head along to the rooms that will be specified in the email from the team about this from 1pm on:

Monthly Drop-In: Fair Access Care Experienced and Estranged Students

 Fair Access Care Experienced and Estranged Student Drop In 

Fourth Monday of each month between 5pm-6pm

We’re pleased to announce that our monthly sessions will be hosted by Jesse Paul (Fair Access Manager) and The Fair Access Team. They take place on the 4th Monday of every month via Zoom.

These relaxed and informal sessions are designed to suit your needs, whatever they may be – you may just want a cuppa and a chat, or to get information and advice about accessing the arts or maybe you wish to meet others with similar experiences to yourself. 

The drop-ins provide a safe space, however, if you wish to speak to someone about a personal or sensitive issue outwith these sessions, please email transitions@rcs.ac.uk or WACI@rcs.ac.uk and the team will arrange an appointment with you.
