World Mental Health Day

As the seasons change and we head into the darker months – we need to remember to look after our minds and wellbeing.  Here are tips from three of our student cohort for looking after your mental health:

  • Get up and get ready in the morning, feeling fresh really helps.  Have a routine in place & make sure you exercise every day!
  • Treat yourself to a good movie,  listen to your favourite songs, and go for long walks to give you the chance to clear your head!
  • Go for a walk every day – it helps to maintain focus and keep energy levels up. Get a journal and try to write in it every day. Learn a song and sing it – it can help you feel cheerful especially during difficult times.
