Information Sessions 

For Applicants for 2024.25

Come along to our information sessions from 5pm – 7pm on:

• 1 December: for ages 12+
• 23 January: for ages 16+
• 26 January: for ages 7-12

The sessions are being held online and are an ideal opportunity for you to:

• meet the team
• get more information about Transitions
• ask any questions you may have
