Fair Access are offering Mental Health workshops to our students in a range of areas. These workshops are designed to empower and provide you with skillsets and coping mechanisms that will help you combat current and future challenges. 

Who it is for: All Fair Access Students (WACI & Transitions Students)

When: 5.30pm – 7.30pm 

Where: Online. These sessions will take place on Zoom


Workshop 1: Understanding Mental Health & Emotional Well-Being 

4 October  (aged 16 & 17)

6 October (aged 18+) 

 

Workshop 2: Managing Stress, Building Resilience & Self Care 

1 November  (aged 16 & 17)

3 November (18+) 

 

Workshop 3: Improving Self Esteem 

6 December  (aged 16 & 17)

8 December (18+) 


All workshops are being run by Carolyn from Pure Potential ScotlandWe recommend attending all workshops relevant to your age group. Participants will NOT be asked to share any personal experiences.
