The main issue with this area is the traffic passing through but with proper measures in place it could work well. General traffic noise will be an issue at times.
Hope Street Lane / Behind the Bus Stop
The lane on Hope St is private and owned by RCS. We also have the squares area between the bollards at the bus stop and the entrance to the lane. Although RCS property there will be members of the public walking through this area.
In the lane itself there are fans at both ends which cause a constant noise. Worth walking round for a listen. The lane will have no members of public.
The bins get moved twice a week. We can get the schedule of this.
Behind the Barrier (Renfrew Street)
Private area but members of the public do walk through. Cars could move in and out all day but tend to stay the same so be mindful of continuity.
