“Socially distant throughout, we still got under each other’s skin – fluid, fragmented selves melding in radical, boundless becoming; distant bodies birthing lockdown visions, dancing psychedelic dances of rhythmic synchronicity; facing surrealities beyond the COVID house arrest.” FRST
Inspired by Boccaccio’s 14th Century Decameron, our work is a sharing of content between people sheltering from a plague. Unlike the book, however, our chronicles are not consciously crafted tales but glowing, gelatinous creatures; rising from the lightless depth of our collective unconscious, fading back into darkness like unremembered dreams.
