Ross Kemp has made me angry
Ross Kemp this week has boiled my blood.

The above link is reference to who Ross Kemp is. Below is a photograph of him.
This documentary opened up conversations with my dad. We had a laugh over how the language used in this documentary was extremely familiar to us and how in the communities we have grown up in in Scotland, banter is a main form of communication. Ross Kemp on the other hand was just plain offensive. From trying to pronounce Bar L in a Scottish accent to pretending he understood what being inside a prison was like.
There is no way, and nobody will ever convince me otherwise that Ross Kemp from start to finish was not treated with more respect and kindness that any prisoner ever has been. He claimed to be getting taken into prison like everyone else, and was searched and sat in a cell for a total of 2 minutes. Congratulations Ross Kemp. Now you can relate to these mainly Scottish men because you have “been through what they have”. And if it wasn’t obvious, these last 2 sentences were blatant sarcasm.
Ross Kemp and this documentary have dramatised this prison as a bad place so that the public can sit at home and feel secure that these people deserve to be in prison. It does not challenge people. This documentary is for entertainment purposes.
And throwing in a question completely opposite to what they have manipulated an audience into the whole way through the documentary? Well thats just lazy.
